Mobile technology has become a core fundament of many technology industries. Mobile technology not only enables new products and services but also shapes much broader social networks. Mobile dating applications provide new novel social opportunities. The early efforts concentrated on the identification of factors that facilitated mobile application use. This study integrated into a broader model which would include variables related to both social and psychological factors and to the adoption of the innovation model. The purposes of this study are to construct an instrument to evaluate user attitude of mobile dating application and have a further discussion of the relationships among user attitude, service quality, relationship quality and continuance intention. PLS-SEM was used to analyze the data collected from 377 valid dating application users in Taiwan. Drawing on the empirical findings, managerial implications and recommendations for future research are offered.
