The purpose of this study is to explore whether incubator’s technical assistance, incubated start-ups’ technological capability, and environmental turbulence can influence incubated start-ups’ knowledge scouting. This study draws on questionnaires from 97 Taiwan’s incubated start-ups and applies regression analysis to investigate the above main argument. First, the results indicate that the incubator’s technical assistance has a positive effect on incubated start-ups’ knowledge scouting. Second, incubated start-ups’ technological capability has a positive effect on its knowledge scouting. Third, environmental turbulence has a positive effect on incubated start-ups’ knowledge scouting.
