In this thesis the discussion is mainly divided into two fields of research. First of all, from the special cell images, family illness experiences, personally contacted environment and several other motivations, we thoroughly observed how the human cell canceration evokes and metastasizes, and quoted some of the professional theories related to the transformation of human tissues; regarding the patient’s emotional changes from a pathological perspective. Secondly, to find the inner voice from self-reflection during creation, we explored inner self emotion through a subjective view from the theme of thesis, and put the ideas and performance techniques into practice. The object of the thesis is to raise awareness of the causing factors and hidden problems of the current national top death cause, cancer; bringing innovation to the modern ink wash painting by deriving creations from the cell images. During the process of research we initially chose “discussions of the transformation patterns of human tissues” in the second chapter as the original concept of thesis, and analyzed the effects of abnormal cell transformation to human body; we tried to make a theoretical discussion by observing the correlation between pathological changes of organs and the patient’s emotions, and compare the creations of modern artists with the same perspective for analysis. The third chapter describes the ideas and practices during the process of the creation, and correlates the concept and performance techniques by presentation of the artwork. The fourth chapter "artwork analysis”, divides the artwork into “single cell hyperplasia”, “cell encapsulation” and “cellular differentiation in partial organs”, and individually narrates them with concepts of creation, performance techniques and value contribution. The fifth chapter summarizes the thesis and practices to see if the author’s way of presentation matches the purpose of research, and hopefully open up new aesthetic experiences for the field of ink wash painting.
