員工滿意度係指個人評價其工作或工作經驗而產生的正向或愉悅的情緒狀態,它是一個綜合性指標,員工滿意度高低不但會影響公司的績效,更會影響到整個公司的士氣,員工向心力等等。本研究係以台灣自來水公司 第一區管理處作為實證對象,探討員工人際關係(員工與上司的關係、員工與同事的關係、員工與其他課室之間的橫向關係)對員工的滿意度之影響。本研究係以問卷調查蒐集資料,共計發放110份,回收有效問卷計105份(95.45%),並以迴歸分析解析資料。
研究結果發現,當員工與上司的關係越好,員工的滿意度越高,顯示彼此之間關係良好時,上司在工作上會支持員工並且給予鼓勵與指導,適當的協助並傳承經驗與技術,因此員工對於工作的滿意度亦較高,亦願意在工作上付出。本研究結果提供自來水公司長官們了解員工滿意度高低的原因為何,作為上司們領導統御時的參考,並可據此擬定相關政策,以提高公司績效成績。

The employee satisfaction is a positive or joyful emotional state through evaluating one’s job or work experience. It is a synthetic index. The employee satisfaction is high or low will not only impact on the performances of a company but influence the morale of the whole company and the coherence of employees.
In this research the empirical object is Taiwan water corporation first district management office. To probe the influence of interpersonal relationship of employees on the employee satisfaction (The relationship between employees and supervisors, the relationship between employees and colleagues and the horizontal relationship between employees and other depts..), this research is based on 110 questionnaires, 105 of which are effective(95.45%), and the data is analyzed by regression.
The result of this research reveals that when the relationship between employees and supervisors is better, the employee satisfaction is higher. When the relationship between each other is fine, the supervisors will support the employees, give them encouragement, direction and appropriate assistance. They will also pass on their experience and techniques. Therefore, the employees will feel high satisfaction during the works and be willing to dedicate themselves to the works.
The result of this research is provided to the supervisors of Taiwan water corporation as reference to realize what is the reason that the employee satisfaction is high or low when they are guiding the employees. Besides, the supervisors could draw up the policies according to this research to improve the company’s performance.
