定期航運產業是個重視服務品質與講究服務效率的行業,近幾年世界各大航商運能不斷成長,使得競爭變得日益激烈,運費下跌,因此航商為追求營運上的規模經濟效益,提高競爭力,紛紛尋求降低營運成本的方法。為了大幅降低營運成本,各大航商紛紛採用投入船舶大型化的策略之中,藉由提高船舶的裝載容量以降低每單位的運輸成本,然而載運量大幅提升的同時,也使得貨櫃船舶積載規劃問題變得更加複雜。實際作業上,貨櫃船舶積載規劃問題可分為兩個階段性的子問題,第一個子問題是主艙積載;第二個子問題為艙位指派問題,主艙積載為將貨櫃依據不同起迄港分為若干貨櫃組,再以組為單位指派至船舶各艙塊;艙位指派是完成主艙積載後,依據積載結果將每個貨櫃指派到確切的艙位,完成排艙作業。本研究以大型貨櫃船舶為例並納入橋式機對應之考量進行主艙積載問題之研究,並發展相關數學研究模式進行實例探討及敏感度分析。本研究發展一多元商品網路流量模型用以求解主艙積載之問題,並建構相關數學模式,目標式為最小化各指派成本,在考量船舶平衡問題、橋式機對應及貨櫃壓櫃限制條件下,建構最佳化數學模型求解。經實例探討與敏感性分析後,本研究發展之模式可在經濟時間下求得最佳解。
The fleet size and capacity of world’s major liner shipping companies (LSCs) have been keeping growing during recent years, which increased the competitiveness of liner shipping industry and lowered the ocean freights. In order to further reduce marginal transportation cost, LSCs have been deploying large container ships. However, the stowage planning problem therefore becomes more complicated. In practice, stowage planning problem can decomposed into two sub-problems, the first one is called master bay plan problem (MBPP) which separates all containers into several sets and then assigns containers groups by destinations. The second one is called slot stowage problem, which assigns containers to slots individually. This study aims to deal with the MBPP of large container ships and applied a multi-commodity network to construct mathematical model to solve it. In addition, 20-ft, 40-ft and high cubic containers and the optimal pattern of crane split of each discharging port are also considered in the proposed model. The result of the case study and sensitivity analyses based on a real case of a global LSC shows that the solution of most cases can be obtained in a reasonable time..
