由於全球化之發展使運輸交通便捷,同時也使運輸業者對於其輸送網絡的建構也愈趨複雜,而環境不確定性及災害事件,使企業在營運面挑戰上更為艱鉅。因此,供應鏈回復力及風險管理方面之探討成為業界及學界趨勢性議題。從資源基礎理論來看,企業為了維持競爭優勢而發展各種資源,以成為當今企業的發展目標。然而,智慧資本雖屬企業無形資源的一種,但現有文獻對企業資源、供應鏈回復力及風險之相關研究探討甚少。本研究欲彌補過去研究之鴻溝而智慧資本、組織雙歧、供應鏈回復力與績效間的關係進行探討。

本研究針對台灣貨運承攬業者共105家進行調查,並使用迴歸分析檢測其之間的關係。研究結果顯示,智慧資本各構面對供應鏈回復力及組織雙歧皆產生正向影響。此外,供應鏈回復力及組織雙岐於智慧資本四構面及企業績效間,產生部分中介或完全中介之影響。
Due to the trend that the globalization makes our transportation become more and more convenient, the construction of transport networks is becoming more and more complicated to the industry, so there are more challenges in the operation of the company environmental uncertainty and disaster events. Therefore, the supply chain response and risk management aspects of the industry and academia to become a trend issue. From the perspective of resource-based theory, enterprises in order to maintain a competitive advantage and the development of various resources to become the development goals of today's enterprises.

Although, intellectual capital is a kind of enterprise intangible resources, there is no reference talk about the supply chain resilience and Risk. The main of our study is to complement the lack of this correlation between intellectual capital, ambidexterity, supply chain resilience and firm performance. In this study, there are 105 freight forwarder operators in Taiwan were surveyed and regression analysis was used to test the relationship between them. The results show that each dimensions of intellectual capital have positive effects on both supply chain resilience and ambidexterity. In addition, supply chain resilience and ambidexterity produce partial mediation or complete mediation between the four dimensions of intellectual capital and the firm performance.
