The pharmaceutical industry and Healthcare-related demand are expanding rapidly as the economies of emerging countries growth. In term of expanding international market to increase the sell for the company will be considered. The purpose of this research is to understand why the pharmaceutical industry should expand international strategy to emerging market in Southeast Asia country and how about the outcome after entering and we use Thai Meiji Pharmaceutical to be our case study. For methodology in this paper were collected by interview with authorized personnel of Thai Meiji Pharmaceutical.Also following the international strategy frameworks in the strategic management field for the question of analyzing. For the results, their strategic competitiveness outcome of using international strategy improves the performance of the company increase profit and sustain growth and build their international production network help to increase market share and reduce cost.
