 永磁渦電流聯軸器系利用永久磁鐵之磁力與導體盤之間磁、電交互作用，來作為兩轉軸間無接觸之轉速與扭矩傳遞。 本文旨在探討與建構在移動的條件下，求解三盤式永磁渦電流聯軸器上的磁場與因相互運動衍生之渦電流、扭矩等問題，並建立此一系統的數學模型。模型首先由傅立葉級數來表示永久磁鐵之磁位向量分布，接著以磁位向量拉普拉斯方程式來表示基本的磁場通解，並依照此通解來建立在每個邊界條件下的磁場方程式，之後再經由聯立運算求出各個邊界條件下之磁場方程式內的未知係數，以推導出在不同條件下所獲得的不同轉矩、磁通密度等特性，再藉由有限元素分析軟體來驗證其準確度。而本文亦設計與製作了一種用於三盤式永磁渦電流聯軸器之新型調速機構，來改善目前市售產品之缺點，並突破現有專利。
 The magnetic and electric interaction between the magnetic force of permanent magnet and conductor plate is utilized in permanent magnet Eddy current coupling for contactless rotating speed and torque delivery between two rotation axes. Under moving conditions, this study aims to solve the problems of magnetic field on 3-disk permanent magnet Eddy current coupling and Eddy current and torque caused by the mutual movement and to establish a systematic mathematical model. The model is first presented the magnetic vector potential distribution of permanent magnet with Fourier series. Magnetic vector potential Laplace equation is then used for presenting the basic general solution of magnetic field. The magnetic field equation under each boundary condition is established according to the general solution. The unknown coefficients in the magnetic field equation under boundary conditions are calculated with simultaneous operation to deduce different characteristics of turning moment and magnetic flux density under distinct conditions. Finite Element Analysis is further applied to verify the accuracy. A new-style adjustable speed mechanism for 3-disk permanent magnet Eddy current coupling is also designed and produced to improve the shortcomings of commercial products as well as to break through current patents.
