全球化競爭與經濟開放衝擊我國企業與勞工,提升企業創新能力與勞工薪資是當前我國企業須面對的課題。在過去文獻對於國際化程度、創新能力與薪資多是探討兩者間的關係,本研究將此三個議題同時納入探討,並以台灣上市櫃公司為例,以出口銷售比例與海外子公司比例之總和作為國際化程度指標,並以研發費用比例、權利金收入比例與無形資產比例衡量企業創新能力,並將員工薪資分為高階經理人薪資與一般員工薪資。探討企業強化國際化程度帶動企業創新能力下,與勞工薪資之關聯性。本研究發現:強化國際化程度確實可提升企業創新能力,並且帶動勞工薪資之提升。企業透過國際化的舞台,可吸取各國管理經驗與獲得海外資源,有助於提升創新績效帶動勞工生產力,僅而提升勞工薪資。
Competition of globalization and Economic openness attack not only Taiwan’s enterprises but labors. Upgrade enterprises’ innovation and labors’ remuneration are the important issues for Taiwan’s enterprises. In the past literature for the degree of internationalization, innovation and remuneration are explored relationship between the two, and there are not considered the impact of degree of internationalization and innovation on remuneration simultaneously. In this study, we use all of list enterprises of Taiwan, and measure internationalization by export sales as a percentage of total sales and number of overseas subsidiaries. We also use ratio of R&D, ratio of License fee and ratio of intangible assets to measure innovation. We explore the enhancing internationalization could effect of innovation and remuneration. The study find that: there is significant positive association between internationalization and innovation. When the relationship is strong on enterprises’ internationalization, innovation will enhance remuneration.
