隨著科技發展,人們不再像過去一樣,只追求生產速度、效率,也開始注重環境;地球暖化、海平面升高等現象均與地球二氧化碳濃度增高有關,碳稅也被提出來,其用意就是倚靠徵收碳稅,提高成本,希望廠商能夠減少碳排放,也將徵收來的款項用於修復造成的社會成本,以求永續發展。供應商管理庫存是近年來非常受歡迎的庫存管理方法,倚靠下游分享相關存貨資訊給上游,上游幫忙做決策,讓整個供應鏈資訊共享,將存貨成本降到最低,並也能提高服務水準,減少缺貨可能,使供應鏈的成本降到最低,上下游也能更有競爭力。而本篇研究將以上下游做供應商管理庫存,在一般的供應鏈成本中增加前置時間與碳稅做調整,在Stackelberg賽局與Nash均衡的狀況下,決定訂貨次數、單次訂購數量,並在分級碳稅制度中找出雙方最低成本與供應鏈最低成本。
Among with the development of technology, people not just pursued the speed of manufacturing but also started paid attention to the environment. The phenomenon such as global warming and rising sea levels associated with the increase of carbon dioxide, the carbon tax also be proposed to improve it, in order to the sustainable development, hoping the manufacturer can decrease the emission of carbon Vendor managed inventory receives warm welcome in the method of inventory management these year, information sharing in a supply chain rely on the upstream helps make decisions by the downstream share the information of stocks, make the cost of stocks to the minimum and also improve the standards of service, reduce the possibility of be in short supply, minimize the cost of supply chain and the upstream and downstream will be more competitive. This research is going to adjust the tax of carbon and increase the lead time on the general cost of supply chain, decide the frequency of place an order for goods and the amount of singly order, finding the lowest cost supply chain in Nash and Stackelberg.
