近年來無線射頻技術(Radio Frequency Identification, RFID)的應用隨著科技技術的進步而越來越普及,如:門禁卡、貨物管理….等,許多賣場也開始提出使用RFID標籤取代傳統條碼系統,來提升賣場內商品管理的效率。因此,本研究提出應用RFID技術整合賣場顧客需求及倉儲的訂單管理,並透過顧客的「等待取貨時間」及「等待結帳時間」、倉儲商品的「揀貨時間」及「行走路徑」發展較有效率的揀貨機制。
本研究利用Plant Simulation 11.3系統模擬軟體及Excel VBA來建構倉儲「順序型分區揀貨模式」、「同步型分區揀貨模式」的揀貨機制,並對兩揀貨模式進行數次的模擬。接著,根據「等待取貨時間」、「等待結帳時間」、「商品揀貨時間」及「商品行走路徑」四項績效指標的結果,找出較適合本研究所提出的賣場服務模式,增加賣場顧客體驗、賣場業者的管理效率。
In recent years, application of RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology is more and more popular, such as: access cards, goods management etc. Many stores have begun to propose of RFID tags to replace the traditional barcode system. To improve the stores merchandise management efficiency. Therefore, this study proposes the application of RFID technology integration store customer order and storage management comparison 4 performances, "waiting for delivery time" and "waiting check-out Time" by customers, "picking time" and "walking path" by warehouse product, Which is more efficient picking mechanism method.
In this study, Plant Simulation 11.3 and Excel VBA to construct warehouse picking, "pick-and-pass picking" and " Synchronized picking,” simulated several times. Then, according to simulation performance, "waiting delivery time,” "waiting check-out time,” "merchandise picking time" and "Goods walking path,” to find more suitable for our proposed service model. To increase store customer experience and store management efficiency.
