環境汙染與資源浪費已經成為全球環境保護議題,如今在競爭激烈的全球市場中,傳統的供應鏈管理必須朝著加強環保意識以及強化逆物流的思維去運作。因此本研究試圖在環境維護的情境下探討碳稅市場對供應鏈管理的最佳方案。企業全球化的市場中,產業競激烈且隨著時間快速的變遷,推行綠色供應鏈管理是符合世界潮流趨勢的方向,尤其是近幾年歐盟的WEEE與RoHS兩項環保規範實施在即,台灣電子業者若無法妥善因應,將會從國際大廠的採購名單中除名,面臨一場迫切的危機。本研究從台灣某間企業著手,探討其供應鏈之正向鏈以及逆物流回收鏈之收益,進而更深入地去探討整條供應鏈中的二氧化碳排放量,納入世界各大環衛組織的碳稅收政策去做有組織的分析,如何在政策之中落實減少二氧化碳的排放,並且在政策中獲得額外的利潤,一方面也響應世界的潮流,成為一個更具世界競爭力的企業。
Environmental pollution and the waste of resource have become pressing issues concerning global environmental protection. Amidst the fiercely competitive global market, traditional supply chain management must incorporate the mindset of environmental protection as well as reverse logistics reinforcement. In the market of global enterprises, competition is fierce and it changes rapidly over time. The promotion of green supply chain management meets the world’s current tendency. In particular, the enforcement of WEEE (Waste of electrical and electronic equipment) and RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive), the two recently enacted environmental protection regulations by EU (European Union), needs to be taken into account immediately. If the electronic industry in Taiwan fails to cope with the regulations, it will be excluded from the purchase list of the influential international firms and face a very serious crisis. That said, this research aims to look into the best solution for the supply chain management to respond to the carbon tax market under the premise of environmental protection. In the meantime, this research also seeks maximum economical benefit while enacting carbon deduction policy.
