半導體產業一直是台灣重要的產業,台灣半導體產業依靠著產業鏈完整大大的提升了國際競爭力,在2013年台灣半導體產業產值全球排名第二,僅次於美國。但大陸半導體產業近年來在政府政策的扶植快速崛起,封裝、測試廠商在政府租稅政策的優惠及併購國際大廠讓技術跟成本都有著很大的競爭優勢。台灣IC設計公司因價格及市場因素,已逐漸提高對大陸的封裝、測試廠商釋單量。
因電子產品生命週期越來越短,IC設計公司的競爭力勢必從縮短IC設計週期及提高第一次設計成功率而來。首先,探討新產品開發的各階段對應供應商的價值鏈活動,了解IC設計公司對封裝、測試廠上下游營運之關鍵;亦是評選供應商的重要因素。經由層級分析模式化後,本研究用模糊層級分析及FDEMATEL的研究方法,找出IC設計業評選大陸封裝、測試廠的重要標準、權重及繪出標準之直接/間接關係矩陣圖。此研究結果希冀可供IC設計廠商未來評選供應商一有用參考。
