科技的發展,現今人們的行為模式已經由被動的接收到主動查找自己有興趣的資訊。在教育學習上,傳統的教學環境由教師單向授課與講解方式來進行教學,而學生的個別差異、吸收理解的速度不同,導致有限的教學成效。「未來教室」以學習者需求為中心,提供一個互動式、針對個別差異的學習環境,其發展為必然的趨勢。
本論文旨在建置一個未來教室學習情境的服務流程,發展數位內容至智慧電視中。整個服務皆以探索、實作、體驗與增能四大項目作為一個階段的學習過程,以自然人機介面 (natural user interface , NUI)的操作方式做發想與情境設計,透過導入ARCS模式,模擬不同類型的學習者在這套學習服務中的學習情況與學習經驗,做為未來教室的發想與情境分析。
研究流程以未來教室情境設計為例,服務設計 (service design) 的方法應用,推動使用者情境體驗導向的創新設計。從使用者設計中心與使用者經驗做思考,跨領域服務設計工作坊的方式,結合具資工、網路資訊技術和互動所設計背景的專業人員,設計智慧電視的多模式自然人機互動介面。對於使用者需求以品質機能展開法 (quality function deployment, QFD) 整合入使用性工程及 Kano模式以轉換為可實作之設計需求設計智慧電視的互動介面。以服務設計的方法,利用人物誌 (persona)、使用者旅程地圖 (customer journey map )、服務藍圖 (Service Blueprinting) 等使用者為中心的方法,帶入手勢、語音等自然人機互動介面技術來評估各個不同程度學習使用者使用這套服務流程的學習狀況,提出智慧電視互動介面之設計流程與方案,產出一套完整的在智慧電視平台上實現的互動介面系統。
實驗設計方式以眼動儀做科學性量測,所產出之熱區圖、軌跡圖及 AOI 感興趣區域之數據分析,作為服務模式評估之效能指標;針對任務做各別任務操作難易度及系統易用性量作為效用的評估。
研究結果顯示,本論文所提出的整合設計流程及評估方法,除能提供未來智慧電視互動介面設計系統化的方法外,也能透過使用者情境的融入,提昇互動介面設計之創新服務成效。在未來的研究上可分為以下三面向作為後續發展:
1.有效應用在未來教室上兒童先天氣質量表。
2.可適化介面研究在實體系統建置上的必要性。
3.增加服務設計思考的廣度,將服務流程完整化。
本論文目標是創造可實行之未來教室情境的服務流程以及提升數位應用服務。在研究中歸納了服務設計的整體流程,但在實驗設計中仍偏向介面設計的觀點,進行設計驗證,因為介面內容設計跟產品硬體本身、系統等環環相扣,所以產品的線上及線下的討論未來可做更為完整的討論。
With the rapid development of technology, nowadays the behavior of people has been changed from passive learning to aggressive finding the interesting information on World Wide Web. In Education, traditional teaching model is unilateral communication from teacher to students and it’s hard to make the teacher understand the all students which have individual differences, comprehensions of different subjects. Therefore, the expected learning results of students are diverse. All things considered’, we proposed “Future Class” which is based on the requirement of leaners providing interactive, comfortable and simple learning environment on Web Side to decrease the gaps from teachers to students. It is the necessary development of education in the future.
This thesis constructs the spectacular service design in future digital television of learning situation. This service design is based on four parts learning progress exploration, implementation, experience, and empowerment. The motivation and situation design is according to the natural user interface and importing ARCS model to translate the learning situation and experience of different users as our future class analysis result.
The design scenario takes Classroom Situation for example. The design flow is based on the application of the Service design to advocate user scenario to innovative and creative. We integrate the vigorous professionals of computer science, network information technology, and interaction designers to combine two models on user requirement in order to transform the data to effective in the interaction interface of digital television. The one of analysis models is Quality function development (QFD) on usability engineering, and another is Kano’s model to collect the satisfactions on the users. This thesis combines gesture, voice and Service design which is using by Persona, Customer Journey map, Service Blueprinting and the methodology of User-Centered Design to estimate the learning situation of users on our interactional interface design of the smart digital television. Furthermore, the experimental results are evaluated by the System Usability Scale (SUS), Eye Tracking to achieve out design methodology and the development of Future Class.
The proposed experiments operate Eye Tracker to estimate the Fixation Map, Locus Diagram and Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) as our KPI of Service Design Model. And user estimates the degree of operation difficulty and ease of use on our design system.
The experimental results show that the proposed Service Design for the Application of Smart TV in the Scenario of Future Classroom can not only providing the future digital television of smart interactive interface but also upgrading the interactive interface design with innovative, creative and educated by integrating the user situation. The future research can take the following three directions as the Subsequent Development:
1. Effective Usage: Estimation on the Study of Childrens Temperament.
2. Construct the more specific platform to analysis the actual data by adaptive user interface.
3. Increasing the breadth and depth of the service design to facilitate the complete system.
The purpose of this paper is to create the feasible future class service scenario and enhance the service on the digital application. This paper describes the whole service design, but the design of the experiment is focus on the user interface. In the future, the scenario can fulfill the connection on the On-line and Off-line to make the user interface, hardware and software more united.
