In recent years, with the cosmetics market more and more tend to safety, practicality and convenience of the target development, so in a mild, moisturizing and emulsion stability and other properties of cosmetics development is particularly important. The aim of this study was to investigate whether the betaine type surfactant is a good emulsifier, and the emulsification stability of soybean oil and turmeric oil can be explored using different PEG molecular weight (PEG4000, 6000, 10000) Stability, the use of physical properties of the surface tension, contact angle and the height of the stability of the cylinder, the results that betaine-based surfactant PEG molecular weight 4000 on soybean oil and mysterious rice oil has a better emulsification stability, suitable for adding large Soybean oil and mysterious rice oil as emulsifier. The two different oils (soybean oil and turmeric oil) used in this experiment are more suitable for the emulsification of the betaine type surfactant. In this experiment, the physical properties of the surface tension, contact angle and cylinder height of the stability of its numerical value on behalf of the following: 1. The lower the surface tension value represents the cleansing effect 2. The lower the value of contact angle, the more moisturizing and moisturizing effect 3. The higher the stability of the cylinder height, the higher the value represents the more stable
