脊椎側彎是指脊椎在冠狀面上有偏移現象,脊椎側彎可分為三種類型,功能性脊椎側、結構性脊椎側彎及原發性脊椎側彎。功能性脊椎側彎是長短腳等因素使的身體避免疼痛的姿勢而造成的側彎。結構性脊椎側彎常見於年紀較大的族群像是老年人骨質疏鬆或是腦性麻痺等。原發性脊椎側彎是目前最常見的類型佔了所有側彎的80%,原因不明,常見於青少年,佔青春期人口的2~5%,女性與男性的比例9:1。脊椎側彎若沒改善除了會影響生活質量嚴重也會造成身體功能下降。針對脊椎側彎的治療大多都是穿戴背架矯正,穿戴背架雖能有效矯正脊椎側彎,但背架矯正過程中會造成病患穿戴不適,且背架矯正脊椎側彎治療每次回診約3~6月回診一次,且每次回診才看得出復健成效,但由於穿戴期間醫生也無法知道病患的穿戴狀況,因此本研究整合壓力感測器模組與藍芽模組於嵌入式系統發展背架照護系統,目前背架照護系統已整合壓力感測跟時間紀錄,提供病人平常穿戴的資訊也結合APP可達到隨時提醒監測的效果,病人回診時醫師個管師可藉由監測系統得知病人穿戴矯正資訊。
目的:發展背架穿戴監測模組與系統與背架穿戴紀錄資料分析紀錄患者穿戴治療狀況,紀錄其遵醫囑性,並提供醫師於回診時診斷的依據。
方法:本研究整合監測感測器,發展背架穿戴監測模組與系統,並以機器學習的特徵分類方法,辨別不同的穿戴模式,並以波士頓與複合式背架實際執行系統之驗證測試。
結果:利用監測模組系統達到監測、提醒、紀錄效果,以高斯隸屬函數分析穿戴紀錄特徵值,分辨穿戴模式狀況。

Scoliosis refers to the spine in the coronal plane offset phenomenon, scoliosis can be roughly divided into three types, Functional Scoliosis 、Structural Scoliosis and Idiopathic Scoliosis. Functional scoliosis is length of the foot and other factors make the body posture to avoid pain caused scoliosis. Structural scoliosis common in older groups like the elderly osteoporosis or cerebral palsy. Idiopathic Scoliosis is the most common type accounted for 80%, Unexplained, common in adolescents, accounting for 2-5% of the adolescent population, the proportion of females and males of 9: 1. Scoliosis if not improve only affects the quality of life can also cause serious physical function decline. Treatment for scoliosis mostly worn backrest Correction, Wear bracealthough can be effectively correcting scoliosis, But Wear brace correction process will cause the patient discomfort, And the brace to correct scoliosis treatment each time back to the clinic to about 3 to 6 months back to the clinic once, And each back to the clinic to see the effectiveness of rehabilitation, But because doctors know that patients can not be Wear during wearing conditions, This study integrated pressure sensor and Bluetooth module for embedded systems development brace care system, Currently brace care system has been integrated with the pressure sensing time record, Provide to Patients usually wear provide information also binds APP can be achieved at any time to remind the monitoring results, the patient back to the doctor in tubes division can be wear by the patient monitoring system that corrected information. Purpose: To develop modules and brace wearable monitoring system and log data analysis brace Garments worn by the patient treatment record status, its record of compliance, and provide the basis for physician-diagnosed in time back to the clinic. Methods: In this study, the integration of sensors to monitor the development of modules and brace wearable monitoring systems, and machine learning feature classification method, to identify different wear patterns, and Boston brace to verify actual implementation of the system and Thoracic brace test. Results: The Leveraging Monitor systems to achieve the monitoring module, reminders, record results, with Gaussian membership function analysis worn record eigenvalues, dressed resolution mode status.
