人的一生大約有三分之一的時間是在睡眠中度過,隨著人們生活方式的改變和生活質量的提高,越來越注重睡眠品質的好壞。目前依據使用者的睡眠期來主動改變睡眠環境,以幫助使用者擁有更好的睡眠品質之產品與方法比較少。在睡眠環境中,照明與溫度是影響睡眠的重要因素,故本研究主要目的建置完成「易眠實驗室」能夠依據使用者臥床狀態主動調節睡眠環境設備及結合智慧房控系統架構之智慧屋應用,並且驗證環境物理因素變化是對睡眠品質有影響的,控制環境設備參數導入「舒眠模式」,以被動睡眠監控功能,主動調節睡眠環境,來提高睡眠品質。

更進一步規劃從「易眠實驗室」智慧房控系統架構,改採物聯網IoT架構整合控制環境裝置,期望能夠在精簡成本下完成「舒眠模式」等功能,並考量旅館業主導入的可行性、成本及服務模式具體規劃「物聯網智慧商旅」服務情境,期望能實際導入,提供物聯網智慧旅館價值及特色,並可供居家、飯店旅館規劃舒適睡眠環境時做為依據參考。

With one third of life time spent in sleep, a growing number of studies suggested that the sleep quality significantly improved the quality of life and changed the way people live. Unfortunately, only a few products and methods are designed to help users improve sleep quality by taking the initiative to change the sleep environment according to users’ sleep period. In the sleep environment, illumination and temperature are important factors that affect sleep quality. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to build an "Easy Sleep Lab", which can initiatively adjust the sleep environment according to users’ bed status and combine the Internet of Things (IoT) / smart living housewares. In addition, the “Easy Sleep Lab” is used to verify whether changes in physical environment parameters affect sleep quality, and adjust the equipment importing parameters in to "Comfort Sleep Mode" according to the sleep status collected by the mattress to finally improve users’ sleep quality.
Moreover, this study also aims to change "Easy Sleep Lab" smart room control system architecture into the IoT architecture to integrate environment control device to combine the "Comfort Sleep Mode" and other functions at streamlining costs. It is expected to actually develop “IoT/Smart Business Hotel” by further taking the feasibility, cost, service models and scenarios into consideration. The actual importing of “IoT/Smart Business Hotel” can provide the value and characteristics of IoT smart hotel and can be served as the reference for planning comfortable sleep environment in home and hotel.
