　　全球護理人力短缺增加護理人員的時間壓力，當護理人員知覺到較高的時間壓力，會延遲病人問題解決，進而影響病人安全。在過去研究中，護理人員時間壓力與病人安全間的關係已相當明確。然而護理人員時間壓力對病人安全的影響程度，可能因護理人員外向性而有所差異，這部分目前尚未有研究探討。因此，本研究的目的為探討護理人員時間壓力及外向性與病人安全三者間的關係。本研究以問卷調查法收集樣本，樣本對象為北台灣兩間醫學中心之護理人員，共回收411份有效樣本，並使用迴歸分析。結果發現護理人員時間壓力對病人安全有負向影響。再者，護理人員外向性對病人安全有正向的影響。最後，護理人員外向性和護理人員時間壓力的交互作用會影響病人安全，明確地說，護理人員外向性可以削弱護理人員時間壓力對病人安全的負向影響。本研究的貢獻為延伸過去護理人員時間壓力與護理表現的研究，進一步探討護理人員時間壓力與照護結果指標的關係，本研究為第一個納入外向性為調節變數來探討護理人員時間壓力與病人安全間關係的研究，並且創新地發現護理人員時間壓力與護理人員外向性之間存在交互作用，以此為基礎，本研究提供醫療照護機構護理人力資源管理策略，來提升病人安全。

Global nursing workforce shortage increases nurse-perceived time pressure. High time pressure may delay the problem solving of nurses, then affecting patient safety. In previous studies, the relationship between nurse-perceived time pressure and patient safety has been quite clear. However, the degree of the affecting by nurse-perceived time pressure on patient safety might be related to nurse extraversion. It was not proved yet. Therefore, the object to present study was to investigate the relationship among nurse-perceived time pressure, nurse extraversion and patient safety. Present study collected samples by a questionnaire survey from two medical centers in Northern Taiwan. 411 valid samples was recovered and the regression analysis was used. The results showed that nurse-perceived time pressure has a negative impact on patient safety. Furthermore, nurse extraversion have a positive impact on patient safety. Finally, the interaction between nurse-perceived time pressure and extraversion can affect patient safety. Contribution of this study was extending past researches about nurse-perceived time pressure and nursing performance, and further explored the relationship between nurse-perceived time pressure and care outcome indicator. Present study is the first incorporating extraversion as a mediator variable to discuss with the relationship between nurse-perceived time pressure and patient safety. Innovatively, this study found there was an interaction between nurse-perceived time pressure and extraversion on patient safety.
