近年來補充黑大蒜的研究發現在特定的族群具有降血糖、降血脂、降體重與脂肪率、降血壓、抗發炎、抗氧化與改善疲勞等作用,而研究指出過度的運動會造成疲勞、影響免疫系統增加發炎反應與造成自由基、誘發氧化壓力的產生,因此本研究對於以健康成年人為受試者,事先補充4週黑大蒜在力竭運動後血液生化與疲勞指標進行探討,本研究完成6位健康成年人,補充4週黑蒜精,並在補充前後皆使用跑步機進行70% VO2max強度的力竭運動,在運動前後均抽血採樣,且監測運動前、後血壓、心跳數值,針對血液中的疲勞指標、過氧化物與抗氧化酵素以T檢定比較各組之間的差異。結果顯示,補充黑蒜精後高密度脂蛋白有上升的趨勢、有效降低運動後90分鐘之乳酸堆積且有穩定血糖與減少血糖耗損的趨勢。
In recent years, the study of supplemented with black garlic has found that the specific ethnic group has the effects of lowering blood sugar, lowering blood fat, lowering body weight and fat rate, hypoglycemic, anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidation and improving fatigue. However, the study pointed out that excessive exercise will cause fatigue, affect the immune system to increase the inflammatory response and free radicals induced by induced oxidative stress, so this study for healthy adults as the subjects, supplemented with 4 weeks before the black garlic in the exhaustive exercise anti-fatigue And increase to the antioxidant effect.
In this study, 6 healthy adults were supplemented with 4 weeks of black garlic and run 70% VO2max intensity exhaustive exercise before and after the supplement. Blood samples were taken before and after exercise, and the blood pressure and heart rate were monitored. For the fatigue index and the biomedical markers were compared within and between the control and supplemented groups.
The results showed that the supplementation of black garlic after exhaustive exercise may effectively reduce lactic acid accumulation after 90 min rest, and have the tendency of increasing high-density lipoprotein level, stabilizing blood glucose and reducing glucose depletion.
