Production in hat industry needs to rely on a lot of manpower in Taiwan, for people in Southeast Asia cannot compete with the country, so in the production of products and then gradually changed to the production of senior products to compete with the hat. But in the production side if there is no change, that is only for the management of the enterprise to stop the situation, therefore, we want to introduce by Toyota Ways in production, so that enterprises and employees can move forward more. Nevertheless, since the corporation often lack of systematic guidance in the executive process. It's cause to be ineffective or even failed. Therefore how to implement the principle in the corporation was been the fundamental purpose of this study. In addition, this study assesses the status of production based on the criteria, to explore the improvement of the reality. The conceptual framework in this study is according to the “Toyota ways” to establish, this issue is about the corporation production of products such as the status of personnel and product quality improvement. The corporation of the main research object was began to execute the production mode of the “ Toyota ways” in the recent years .Therefor having the more period of time is been to study for the Principles, only continuous improvement could confirm the organization growth more. In this study, according to Principle II [Continuous Process] and Principle III [Pull System] in the fourteen Principles of the “ Toyota ways” was had the greater implementation effectivity within the supervisor and members of production section. In addition, the other sections were had more ability improvement. The vast majority of difficulties during process of production is related with film, sweat zone , and pressure, since the complexity section would according to staff assistance and training to stabilize and increase productivity.
