本研究主要以計畫行為理論探討桃園市蔬菜經營者農業標章採用意圖。就桃園市的蔬菜產業為研究場域，計畫行為理論中的態度、主觀規範及知覺控制信念與行為意圖作為分析的概念，探討蔬菜經營者採用農業標章意圖。
研究實施採用問卷調查法進行資料收集，以桃園市蔬菜經營者為問卷調查對象，採用SPSS 18.0進行資料分析，分別進行描述性統計分析、獨立樣本T檢定及單因子變異數分析、相關分析、迴歸分析等，藉以了解桃園市蔬菜經營者對採用農業標章所持態度、主觀規範及知覺控制信念等與其採用意圖之間的關聯性。
經研究分析結果發現，以計畫行為理論作為分析模型，桃園市蔬菜經營者對採用農業標章所持態度、主觀規範及知覺控制信念及其採用意圖間均呈現顯著正向相關，另發現「態度」的平均數最高、「知覺控制信念」的平均得分最低，但透過迴歸分析可知，以對採用農業標章所持知覺控制信念，為最主要影響桃園市蔬菜經營者採用農業標章意圖的因素，具較高的影響力。
最終本研究證實，桃園市蔬菜經營者對採用農業標章的採用意圖分析中，以知覺控制信念為主要影響、其次為態度，而以主觀規範影響最小，因此，農業標章在桃園市蔬菜產業的推廣，建議以整體經營面之內外在環境的知覺控制信念和經營者個人態度作為主軸，應可以較全面落實農業標章推廣使用，終竟達到農食安全確保目的。

This study mainly discussed the adoption intention of agricultural labels among vegetable farmers in Taoyuan City. Using theory of planned behavior model which includes adoption attitudes, subjective norms and perceived control beliefs of adopting agricultural labels as well as adoption intention, the present research examined agricultural labels’ use and its influential factors among vegetable farmers in Taoyuan City by a quantitative survey method.
In this study, a questionnaire survey was used to collect data from 338 vegetable farmers in Taoyuan City. The data were analyzed by SPSS 18.0, including a descriptive statistical analysis, independent sample T-test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson’s correlation analysis, and regression analysis, etc. The analyses aimed to understand the vegetable farmers’ adoption of agricultural labels consisting of their adoption attitudes, subjective norms and perceived control beliefs of adoption, and also their relationships in relation to farmers’ adoption intention.
The results of this study found that the use theory of planned behavior model can explain well as to vegetable farmers’ adoption intention and its corresponding influential factors of attitudes, subjective norms and perceived control beliefs of adopting agricultural labels. Vegetable farmers’ adoption intention of agricultural labels were also identified as having a significant positive correlation with their attitudes, subjective norms and perceived control beliefs. The analysis findings further revealed that vegetable farmers’ perceived control beliefs mainly affect their adoption intention of agricultural labels comparing to their attitudes and subjective norms.
In this study, it was confirmed that Taoyuan City’s vegetable farmers show a positive adoption intention of agricultural labels, and the influence of perceived control beliefs is of the most significant factor, followed by the effects of their adoption attitudes and the subjective norms accrodingly. Therefore, the present study suggests it is necessary to promote vegetable farmers’ adoption of agricultural labels primarily taking into consideration the perceived control beliefs and attitudes as the pivotal axis of labels’ diffusion. No doubt a thorough implementation of agricultural labels in vegetable industry is beneficial to the successful achievement of agrifood safety in Taiwan.
