本研究以台灣和中國大陸員工為研究對象,探討個人與組織適配度、核心自我評價、員工管理抱負與組織承諾之關係,本研究採用便利抽樣方式進行問卷調查,蒐集了353 份有效問卷。研究結果顯示:(1)員工的核心自我評價與管理抱負有正向的關係;(2)員工個人與組織的適配度與管理抱負有正向的關係;(3)員工的管理抱負與組織承諾有正向的關係。本研究依據研究結果,提出管理意涵及建議未來研究方向。
This study investigates the relationships among person-organization fit, employees’ core self-evaluations, managerial aspirations, and organizational commitment. It is found that person-organization fit is positively related to employees’ managerial aspirations. Core self-evaluations are positively related to employees’ managerial aspirations. In addition, employees’ managerial aspirations are positively related to their organizational commitment. Managerial implication and suggestions for future research are thus discussed.
