本研究根據職場中的利己行為,探討職涯主義傾向者運用印象管理,透過建言行為之展現,與晉升可能性的影響,針對利己者對自身職涯發展與對組織貢獻的關聯性進行探究。
本研究採立意抽樣,共計發出208份問卷,最後採用104份有效樣本進行假設驗證。研究結果顯示:(1)職涯主義與晉升可能性呈現正向關係(2)職涯主義者與主管不在場之公開建言呈現正向關係;(3)主管在場之公開建言及私下向上建言與晉升可能性呈現正向關係。
本研究依據研究結果,進一步針對實務界提出職涯主義傾向者的管理方針及行為依憑之管理意涵;於學術上,則彌補建言行為後果研究中,是否能為個體帶來正面效益的研究缺口;並提出研究建議供後續研究作為參考。
  In view of the importance of the workplace self-interest behavior. This article tried to find out the profit for careerism themselves within organizations. The study examines careerism might enhance their promotabil-ity ratings through voice behavior in the theory of impres-sion management.
  With convenience sampling, data were collected from a sample of 208 employees and resulted in 104 valid samples. Results revealed: (1)Careerism was positively related to promotability ratings. (2)Careerism was positively related to public voice without supervisor. (3)Public voice with supervisor and coworkers and personal voice toward su-pervisor were positively related to promotability ratings.
  Finally, according to the result, implication for prac-tice and further research are discussed.
