社群媒體的興起，大幅衝擊了數位行銷的認知、管道與方法。相較於一般
的搜尋結果頁關鍵字廣告、電子郵件寄發等單向傳統數位行銷管道，社群媒體
強調即時、雙向的特性更讓消費者和企業的互動方式和以往截然不同，也進一
步促成了社群經濟的形成。當消費者能夠輕易地獲得資訊，廣告內容是否足夠
有趣、吸引人就是消費者願不願意接受的關鍵。這種消費者與企業互動方式的
轉變，使得行銷的型式逐漸改變，連帶影響了企業行銷策略的思維，為了更貼
近消費者行為模式，很多的企業開始投入社群行銷的經營，企圖藉此讓自己與
消費者間的關係更緊密。
然而目前關於社群行銷與經營理論較無有系統的專門討論台灣社群行銷與
經營，無法提供國內企業在社群媒體經營明確的步驟建議，故本研究利用虛擬
社群的兩大理論與廣告理論，從使用者角度和經營者觀點來探討麥當勞與異人
館 Facebook 粉絲專頁的功能架構以及其經營意義與步驟，結合社群廣告理論，
並從初級和次級資料交叉分析，歸納出經營 Facebook 粉絲專頁的關鍵成功要素
與對應的行銷方法，得到以下結論:
1. 粉絲專頁成立的當務之急為滿足粉絲的功能需求；之後進一步透過營造
高度互動的環境與氛圍，讓粉絲在粉絲專頁中願意彼此討論進行交流，以
滿足粉絲的社會需求。2.粉絲專頁的內容經營是成功關鍵，除了必須要藉
由經常性的優惠活動維持成員的參與誘因以外，也能透過傳遞對粉絲有價
值的資訊提高資訊流動與被分享的次數。3.粉絲在專頁上的評論有好有
壞，企業必須都適當的回應，才能和粉絲維持長久而穩定的關係。 4. 積
極培養或增加粉絲專頁中的「內部成員」(Insider)。5.可對粉絲進行資料分
析，對不同的粉絲提供更針對性地的活動，藉此讓行銷活動更有效率。6.
善用 O2O 轉換實質獲利。7.社群廣告投放需注意與社群精神一致。

Comparing with the unilateral traditional digital marketing channel like
searching engine marketing or email, the features of social media like instant
interaction and mutual communication change the interactive way between businesses
and customers a lot. With the increasing popularity of mobile internet, social media
becomes a part of our life and prospers the social economic. When people can get any
information online through their fingers, the key point is if your ads are interesting
enough to catch their eyes.
New developing interactions between businesses and customers also change
businesses’ marketing strategy. To get closer to their customers, more and more
companies build their fan pages in order to get closer with their customers.
This study uses two theories of virtual community and social network advertising
theory to analyze two successful cases, and comes up with the following main
conclusions:(1) The top priority of Fan Pages are to satisfy customers’ functional
needs; (2) The content inside fan pages are very important. Promotional activities are
the key factor to attract customers and should be valuable to fans; (3) No matter
positive or negative comments, businesses should give feedback to your fans
sincerely.; (4) Cultivating your fans “Insider”.; (5) Using data analysis to understand
more about your customers.; (6) Use O2O to make your benefit better.; (7)
Community ads should match the major of the group.
