In the case of Franz Rosenzweig, the western philosophy following the Parmenides tradition tries to contemplate the infinity with a limited view. It will eventually place the "beyond-knowledge" object into unknown, and the world will be simplified into the phenomenon determined by the concept and the concept enriched by the phenomenon, thus the human''s mind will turn into the projecting screen of the presentation of the world. In the end, everything will go to Nihilism. This thesis will discuss the general relationship between language, knowledge and Being from the text of Rosenzweig. Using the mathematical equation “Y=X” as a basic rule, we attempt to remodel the three fundamental elements: God, Universe, and Man, with the three original power: “Yes”, “No”, “And”. Ultimately its own intrinsic surging will break the cavity from the overall philosophical tradition, and manifest a living, ever changing God, world and man. Therefore, we will start from the reality/facticity of the three above, and disengage from the plight of nihilism.
