Thanks to the development of network infrastructure, trade between countries is increasing, while e-commerce is growing rapidly. In the meantime, logistics is playing an important role gradually, especially led by the Global Logistic Properties (GLP). Starting from 2003, the GLP Group entered China, within six years it became the largest modern logistics park leader in China. So far the logistics equipment of GLP accounted for 60% in Chinese market. In addition, through cooperation and strategic alliance with other companies and industries, GLP is now the investment indicator for foreign-funded enterprises before entering Chinese market. Thus the swift progress and measures of GLP is discussed in this study. By analyzing the whole real estate industry of logistics, we can therefore gain a better understanding of the overall industry trend in China and matters needing attention in the construction of logistics park as well as the modes of operation and their advantages and disadvantages in the market today. Lastly, case study and SWOT analysis methods are utilized to analyze the current situation and future development. Nowadays although the economy of China slows down, the logistics industry is still developing overwhelmingly, which mainly in the rise of emerging industries, and it is because e-commerce advanced the increasing trend of the entire logistics development in recent years. The normal warehouse is no longer able to meet the large shipping requirement of online shopping orders. In order to solve this problem, e-commerce companies have also stepped into logistics real estate business, causing impact to the development of GLP. The future of industry development is then becoming a critical issue.
