本研究選定C銀行理財客戶作為受測對象,擬定退休財務信心、理財工具偏好及其選擇因素之相關問卷,期望藉由問卷調查方式探討民眾的個人背景變項對退休財務信心、理財工具偏好、選擇因素的影響。研究採問卷調查法,發放紙本問卷320份,在五個月的期間,總共回收300份問卷,回收率為93.75%。最後將資料以描述性統計分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森相關等統計方法以驗證本研究之假說。
本研究分析結果發現,在不同個人背景變項受測者在不同性別、婚姻狀況、年齡、職業、職位別、教育程度、個人平均年收入、目前財產總價值、投資經驗、已準備退休金時間皆對於理財工具偏好、理財工具選擇因素、退休財務信心有顯著差異,而在退休財務信心、理財工具偏好和理財工具選擇因素三面向有顯著差異。
Our study selects observations of wealth customers from C bank. We set up relevant questionnaires, a total of 320 were sent and 300 were collected in a five-month period with the recovery rate 93.75%, to develop retirement of financial Confidence, financial instrument preferences, and the selections of the financial instrument based on C bank’s wealth customers. We then analyze the data via descriptive statistical analysis, independent sample t test, single factor variance analysis, Pearson correlation and other statistical methods to verify the hypothesis of our study.
The results of our study show that gender, marital status, age, occupations, positions, educational level, individual average annual income, current total value of property, experience in investment, and time prepared for the pension of C bank’s wealth customers all have significant differences in the retirement of financial Confidence, financial instrument preferences, and the selections of the financial instrument.
