Rosenbauer 是全球最大消防車及緊急救援車輛製造商,位於奧地利,創立於西元 1888 年。此研究是將企業版圖拓展至穩定發展的採礦業之市場調查。雖 Rosenbauer 全系列產品目錄十分成熟,銷售範圍涵蓋百餘國家,卻仍未涉足經濟獲利龐大之礦產 開採業界。尤採礦為高風險業種,幅員廣闊,歷史上災害時有所聞、影響甚鉅。故各 國對應消防火災法規嚴謹,以礦場規模分級明訂因應救災設備設立數目,是為頗具潛 力之未來市場。

研究經濟市場包含北美洲、南美洲、俄羅斯、中國、澳洲及南非,以上為礦產主要輸
出地區。以個別市場研究市場利基評估、現存競爭者、主流品牌、政經合作型態、切
入利弊及難易度。綜合評估後,推估切入市場優先順序及推廣展出策略,以及預估行
銷投資費用。

Rosenbauer is one of the world largest fire fighting vehicles manufacturer located in Austria since 1888. The research is based on the consulting project cooperated with Rosenbauer when I studied in JKU for master double degree. The purpose is to expand the business to mining industry which has great economic potential. Even though Rosenbauer’s full line product profile already covered more then one hundred countries. Yet they are not involved in mining industry. Especially when it is a high risky business may cause serious disasters. Thus, governments around the world have strict regulations among the mining industry.
My research covered market in North America, South America, Russia, China, and Australia. The study included market estimation, existing competitor, local major fire fighting brands. Also the level of local government involved in the business to decided if the market is easy to enter. After general evaluation, I come out the conclusion includes action plan and the priority oder to join the market.
