隨著科技的發展，越來越多的產品改變了人們的生活習慣。這些產品在為人們帶來便利的同時，也為環境帶來傷害。塑膠的發明在許多方面都為人類帶來便利，然而塑膠垃圾卻是危害環境的幾大殺手之一。從2007年開始，歐美各國相繼出現了無包裝超市。無包裝超市的特色在於，消費者必須攜帶可重複使用的容器到店裡購買商品，用這樣的方式，減少一切會出現在一般超市裡的包裝垃圾。本研究以德國的無包裝超市為研究參考標的，利用半結構式訪談法，與德國無包裝超市創辦人進行訪談。利用商業模式圖，比較德國與台灣無包裝商店的差異，進而評估於台灣開設無包裝超市的可行性。比較之後發現，不論是以複合式的商業模式，或是單純的以無包裝的方式販賣五穀雜糧，在經營上都會有困難，在台灣開設無包裝超市，並不是一件簡單的事情。建議先從大型賣場及連鎖超市開始，鼓勵消費者進行無包裝購買，灌輸消費者無包裝購買的概念。

With the development of technology, more and more products have changed people''s living habits. These products bring convenience to our lives, at the same time, causing the harm to the environment. Although the invention of plastic has brought convenience to people in may ways, the plastic waste is one of the killers to the environment. Since 2007, packaging free supermarkets have appeared in Europe and North-America. To reduce all the packaging that we see in the supermarket, consumers must carry reusable containers to the store to buy goods. In this research, setting German packaging free supermarkets are research targets and conduct semi-structured interviews with founders. Comparing the business model canvas of German and Taiwanese packaging free supermarkets, to evaluate the feasibility of opening a packaging free supermarket in Taiwan in the future. After the comparison, no matter using hybrid business model or simply selling packaging free goods, both of them have difficulties in running the business. Thus, running a packaging free supermarket in Taiwan is not an easy task. It is recommended to start from wholesalers and chain supermarkets, encouraging consumers conducting packaging free purchasing, at the same time, introducing the concept of packaging free purchasing.
