臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

嬰幼兒期是各方面發展的關鍵時期，必須奠定良好的根基，以促進日後的健全發展。若錯失關鍵期教養方式的配合，可能因此影響孩子的一生。因為資訊科技的進步，各行各業都運用資訊技術來提升效率。雖然幼保領域，目前已有嬰幼兒日誌資訊系統運用於機構或個人，但仍缺乏引導與記錄嬰幼兒成長發展的行動資訊系統。因此本研究將建立一套可以記錄嬰幼兒各面向成長發展的系統，參照前內政部兒童局(現為衛生福利部社會及家庭署)委託之研究報告，依據嬰幼兒適性發展學習綱要的建議，提供適性發展學習指引，並有發展里程碑與雷達圖功能，運用資訊科技提高嬰幼兒照顧方面的品質。
本系統利用HTML5，結合ASP.NET C#語言，運用jQuery Mobile函式庫來開發。當使用者瀏覽本系統網頁時，jQuery Mobile即能提供該裝置適合的網頁排版畫面，方便使用者進行檢視及操作。此系統以成果導向學習為基礎，並針對0-2歲嬰幼兒的能力發展進行記錄，而在嬰幼兒學習結束後，透過定期評估，產生嬰幼兒發展里程碑雷達圖，客觀呈現嬰幼兒在五大面向的發展情形與成果。
本研究已建置完成嬰幼兒適性發展資訊系統，包含適性發展學習活動指引、學習活動紀錄、發展評估、發展里程碑及雷達圖表等，藉此讓托育人員可以根據不同月齡的嬰幼兒，進行相對應的適性發展活動，並且讓托育人員及家長能夠瞭解嬰幼兒的發展狀況及其特質，與進行教保活動。
研究結果顯示以電子化方式記錄嬰幼兒成長發展，可以幫助托育人員完整的紀錄所引導過的學習活動次數與發展情形，並且可以提供家長們在手機上查閱及回饋。透過專家諮詢與建議表發現，本研究建置之系統可以增加托育紀錄上的清晰度，使托育品質能加以提昇，促進嬰幼兒的適性發展。

Infancy and early childhood are critical periods for the development in many aspects. Therefore, it is necessary to lay a solid foundation during these periods to facilitate good development in the subsequent stages. Without appropriate rearing during critical periods, children’s life may be affected. With the advancements of information technology, all walks of life use information technology to improve efficiency. Although information systems for baby’s daily tracking have been applied to institutions or individuals in the field of child care, there is still a lack of mobile information system for guiding and recording development of infants and toddlers. Therefore, this study intends to develop a system for recording the development of infants and toddlers in main aspects. Follow the suggestions from the research report commissioned by the former Child Bureau, Ministry of the Interior (currently Social and Family Affairs Administration, Ministry of Health and Welfare), the established information system provides guidelines for appropriate development and features the functions of development milestones and radar maps. Deploy information technology to improve the quality of care for infants and toddlers.
This system was developed using HTML5, ASP.NET C# language, and jQuery Mobile function library. When users browse the webpages of the system, jQuery Mobile is able to provide with an adequate webpage layout to facilitate their reading, writing and enquiring. This system was established using the concept of outcome-based learning and is able to record the development of infants and toddlers at the age of 0-2. As a baby’s learning session has finished, the caregiver will perform a regular evaluation and the system will generate development milestones and radar maps to objectively reflect the developmental status of the baby in five aspects.
This study has established an information system for appropriate development of infants & toddlers, featuring learning activity guidelines, learning activity records, development evaluation, development milestones, and radar maps. It enables caregivers to conduct appropriate development activities according to different month age of infants and toddlers. The system helps caregivers and parents understand the developmental status and characteristics of their infants and toddlers.
The research results showed that the use of a computerized method to record the growth and development of infants and toddlers can help caregivers record the conducted learning activities and the developmental status, as well as provide parents with mobile phone access and feedbacks. According to the consultations with experts and experts’ suggestions, the system established in this study can increase the clarity of developmental records, improve the nursery quality, thus, facilitate appropriate development of infants and toddlers.
