The purpose of this study is to explore how the business assistance, technical assistance and tie strength of incubator facilitate start-ups’ management of the external and external knowledge sources. This study draws on questionnaires from 67 Taiwan’s incubated start-ups and applies regression analysis to investigate the above main argument. First, the business assistance of the incubator has a positive impact on the internal learning efforts investments. Second, the technical assistance of the incubator has a positive impact on the internal learning efforts investments. Third, the tie strength with the incubator has a positive impact on the internal learning efforts investments. Fourth, the business assistance of the incubator has a positive impact on start-ups’ dominance of knowledge transfer. Fifth, the technical assistance of the incubator has a positive impact on start-ups’ dominance of knowledge transfer. Sixth, the tie strength with the incubator has a positive impact on start-ups’ dominance knowledge transfer.
