我國碳標籤上所標示的「數值」係教育消費大眾,達到碳排放資訊揭露。統計行政院環境保護署「臺灣產品碳足跡資訊網」,顯示歷年來碳標籤業者申請展延意願不高。本研究透過碳標籤之效益、推動策略及產業整體發展、綠色消費等三大面向,進行碳標籤產業現況與推動策略之問卷調查,了解廠商取得碳標籤後之營收效益變化,對應消費大眾對於碳標籤議題的認知度、民眾對政府政策的關切度,以及民眾自身與政府的因應作為,期望提出客觀中立的分析資訊,供相關單位參考。
本研究針對廠商取得碳標籤後之效益變化進行調查,發現廠商於取得碳標籤後其產品市佔率、獲利率、總產值皆呈現成長,顯示碳標籤對於提升廠商於市場經營具有正面影響效果。
在推動策略及產業整體發展方面,廠商為了符合環保趨勢,提升公司品牌形象申請碳標籤,申請碳標籤所遭遇的困難點為申請程序繁瑣及消費大眾對於碳標籤認知缺乏。認為政府可透過簡化續約程序策略,整合相關標章法規以建立綠色環保標章之健全完善,提高相關產業投入意願,並加強民眾對碳標籤認知及教育推廣,能促進碳標籤產業之發展,提升碳標籤的市場價值。

A carbon label (or carbon emission label) describes the carbon dioxide emissions created as a by-product of manufacturing, transporting, or disposing of a consumer product. The carbon label is important to consumers wishing to minimize their ecological footprint and contribution to global warming made by their purchases. The Carbon label of product in Taiwan is going to remind consumer and disclosure the information of carbon emission and that value are become the main information. According to the statistics from the Taiwan EPA, that indicating the application of carbon label wills no intention in recent years.
The purpose of this study is to collect the information of the efficiency of carbon label, industrial development and green products. By the strategies questionnaire to understand the changes in industrial income, consumer awareness of carbon label issues and influence of government policy, and to provide objective information.
There can be observed the profitability of industrial which get carbon label has significant growth. Carbon label has also had positive benefit on the franchising, and effectively made market segmentation.
Questionnaires were adopted on industrials develop and consumers behavior pattern in this study. On industrial develop analysis, corporations are generally considered that enhance the value of carbon label will contribute the application of motivation. In order to raising carbon label qualities, that need to increase the awareness of public and simplify the application process.
Based on literature review, the questionnaire of consumers’ behavior pattern after correct and delete questions is consisted of awareness, attitude and feeling of carbon label. According to the result of Cronbach’s alpha can observe that most consumer can’t distinguish the picture of the carbon label and low awareness.
