綠色能源如何從趨勢變成一門好生意,來改變外界認定其是公益的角色需要捐助才得以生存的商業模式,本研究藉以綠能產業龍頭台達電子為例,採取質性訪談該企業人員,以創新六策研究探討台達電子以節能環保愛地球的核心價值何以創造綠色商機,透過創新六策的理論的前三策的心法探討企業檢視本身的資源及核心競爭能力,並掌握市場情況規劃出有效方向及定位作出區隔;及創新六策的後三策探討企業面對外在環境選擇對應策略,並利用賦名引領相關群體的追隨、認可、迴響及支持,讓變革創新的道路更順利,台達電子面對未知且變化迅速的市場,積極且有計畫迎戰,重新檢視自身核心能力及優勢,並掌握市場情報及對手動態,做出有效的決策及長遠的目標,採取開放的態度,並結合內外部的資源,因應市場的狀況快速調整策略以符合目標,並持續的開創新技術及產品,得以在市場脫穎而出。
It is an important issue for business to utilize green energy for environmental protection. This study takes the green energy industry leader, Delta Electronics, as an example and interviews the employees of this company. Using the six strategies of innovation, this research explores how the core value of Delta Electronics, i.e. energy conservation and environmental protection, to create green business opportunities. This study investigates that Delta Electronics uses its core competencies to master the market situation and makes unique market position by the first three innovation strategies. Then, the next three methods to explore the corresponding strategy to face the external environment. These strategies will lead the relevant groups to follow, accept, and support and change innovation more smoothly. Delta Electronics faces a positive and planned solution to the unknown and changing market. It re-examines its own core competencies and advantages and masters market intelligence and opponents dynamics to make effective decision and long-term goals. Moreover, Delta Electronics takes an open attitude and internal and external resources to adjust quickly its strategy to meet the goals in response to market conditions. Finally, this study suggests that continuing to create new technologies and products based the innovation strategies is the key issue for businesses.
