自1995年以來,台灣實行國民健康保險。尋求醫療服務的人數大幅增加,另一方面,醫療糾紛也逐年增加。醫療事故或醫療疏忽需要政府、社會、醫療機構與公眾正視和改善。放射線檢查領域的患者安全,輻射劑量控制對於輻射防護是必需的。在本研究中,我們設計了放射檢查病患部位識別系統(Radiology Patient Position Identification System, RPPIS),以增強病患的安全性。它使用電腦視覺和機器學習。通過收集大量放射線檢查患者的患部圖像來創建分類器,並將醫院信息系統的檢查單資訊與識別結果進行比較。它可以提醒放射線技術人員和患者及時識別的結果。有助於提高工作效率和減少醫療失誤。通過DeLone&McLean模型評估系統品質、醫療訊息的品質、對用戶工作效率、對患者個人的安全影響和組織效果的影響。在這項調查問卷調查中,分發給具有放射線檢查經歷的民眾,探索放射學檢查領域患者安全影響因素的問題和影響,有助於通過患部位識別系統降低醫療錯誤風險。
Since 1995, National Health Insurance was implemented in Taiwan. The number of people seeking medical services has increased significantly, but on the other hand medical disputes also increased year by year. Medical malpractice or medical negligence are necessary for government, society, medical institutions to face it and improve. The patient safety in the radiological examination field, radiation dose control is necessary for radiation protection. In this research, we design Radiology Patient Position Identification System (RPPIS) to enhance patient safety. It used computer vision and machine learning. Through the collection of a large number of radiology examination patient position image to create the classifier, and take the checkup forms information from hospital information system to compare with identify result. It can remind radiology technician and patient the result of identification on time. It is helpful to improve work efficiency and reduce medical errors. Through the DeLone & McLean Model to evaluate the effect of system quality, medical information quality, user work efficiency, individual patient safety impact and organizational effect by of system evaluation. In this research questionnaires are distributed to populace who had experience about radiology examination, in exploring the issues and impact of the effect factor about patient safety in radiology examination field, and it was helpful to reduce the risk of medical errors through the RPPIS.
