經濟轉型面臨著生活水平和氣候變化水平不斷變化的困難。 要實現應對氣候變化和經濟增長問題的可持續的環境,應該採取相互聯繫的方式。 对绿色经济的知情决策过程是我们的目标。 本研究結合理論和實證決策模型和指標開發技術,形成一系列邏輯順序和一系列明確的指導方針,以幫助決策者識別有利於每個人的解決方案。我们的研究结果表明,台湾必须继续投资环保的新技术,有助于减少排放水平,煽动实现国家减少温室气体减排的目标。 这项研究通过实证证明,如果将能源强度降低2.4%,台湾才能在2020年之前实现绝对脱钩。
Economic transformation has been full of difficulties adding changing dimensions to the level of living and climate change. To fulfill an environment that is sustainable a linked approach that addresses both climate change and economic growth concerns should be adopted. This study aims to acknowledge two areas that can help in constructing an effective green economy. An informed decision making process to green economy is our objective. This study uses a combination of theoretical and empirical decision making models and indicator development techniques to form a logical sequence of steps and a clear set of directions to assist policy makers to identify solutions that benefit everyone.Our results show that Taiwan must continue engaging in investing in new technologies that are environmental friendly and can help reduce emission to level incite the achievement of its national greenhouse emission reduction objectives. This study acknowledges, through empirical proof, that Taiwan can achieve absolute decoupling by 2020 if it reduces energy intensity by 2.4%.
