With the introduction of smart home technology, more and more households are now able to conveniently take advantage of the benefits in everyday lives. The objectives of this business plan are to identify the key market opportunities and challenges faced by Homecity Construction in developing smart homes and draw up strategies for its implementation into Kaohsiung City, Taiwan market. Michael Porter’s five forces analysis and SWOT analysis will be presented for identifying key market opportunities and challenges in Kaohsiung City, Taiwan.
