高血壓是心血管疾病初期症狀中的危險因子，也是普遍且容易忽略的疾病。高血壓分類中，原發性高血壓佔96~99%的患者，若要解開多數患者罹患高血壓的成因，就需要重新思考循環系統。基於共振理論，我們認為血壓波形與各器官的微循環供血狀態間，可能具有連動變化的關係，此外各諧波能量影響各血管床的供血狀況，進而可能對全身各部位之生理功能產生改善或協調的作用。
本研究對於高血壓患，基於共振理論為基礎，藉由心電訊號、動脈血壓波形與雷射都卜勒血流儀，量測橈動脈與合谷穴的脈波及血流訊號後，透過時、頻域的參數統計分析，試圖尋找高血壓對於全身供血的關聯性。在收案對象上由於高血壓藥物可能大幅影響血管、血流特性，因此鎖定在未接受抗高血壓藥物之患者(三個月內)。分組分析上，比較中年正常組與高血壓組，以及性別上的差異，探討高血壓對於正常人引發在循環血流參數的影響。
實驗結果上，患者全為原發性高血壓，在脈波傳遞的諧波2及1、3、5呈現上升，相位角多呈現下降，僅第一諧波相位角上升，而在局部血流訊要上，AD、PW時域參數呈現下降，Fr1、Fr2頻域參數呈現下降。根據實驗結果，透過在循環的波傳遞理論作為思考基礎，對於高血壓疾病機制，我們提出波傳遞代償的模型(Wave-Propagation -negative-Feedback Model ,WPFM)，認為高血壓的成因可能來自於身體組織缺血，而代償機制激發使血壓上升，並試圖維持血流供應的正常狀態，此外過程中，血管特性發生改變，影響血壓脈波的傳遞狀態，而造成波形上產生變化，另外在局部血流與調控活動也伴隨變化。
在未來擴大收案數據後，使我們更加確切了解疾病的影響，並使WPFM之探討能更加完善。並且，希望能應用於初期高血壓患者的預警，甚至是高血壓患者接受治療後是否有改善的評估，實現心血管疾病前中後疾病偵測的指標參數。

Hypertension is the risk factor of cardiovascular disease in the early symptoms. Patients with essential hypertension accounted for 96 to 99 %.
Based on the resonance theory, the present study aimed to study the peripheral microcirculatory blood supply signals in hypertensive patients by the measurement and analysis of ECG, BPW (Blood-pressure-waveform), LDF (Laser Doppler Flowmetry).
The experiment results revealed significant differences in ratio and angle of harmonic, and we established the WPFM (Wave Propagation Negative Feedback Model) to discuss the underlying physiological mechanisms.
In the future, we hope this model could be used in the early detection of cardiovascular diseases.
