臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

低成本航空公司的商業模式發源於美國，指以較低廉的航空機票價提供旅客來搭乘的航空業者；業者能將票價降低的最主要原因，是在既有的航空商業模式中，找出了不犧牲安全性及滿足基本需求且能降低成本的新經營手法。臺灣航空業環境本不利於低成本航空的發展，加上臺灣低成本航空起步較晚，政府政策及支援仍力有未逮，導致國籍低成本航空在經營上相當艱困，如威航於2016年10月停航，結束了一年半的營運。本研究之個案低成本航空公司為母公司100%轉投資，經營上雖與母公司形象抽離且獨立營運，但為提升獲利變更經營模式，由低成本航空轉型為混合型航空，開始增加包機營收比例，在不分食母公司客流量下，期有效利用共有資源、提高市場占有率。本研究將針對低成本航空的經營模式，藉由文獻探討及產業分析，擷取其他低成本航空的經驗，探討個案低成本航空公司所處環境的優劣勢。

The business model of low-cost carriers (LCCs) originated from America, and LCCs means the airplane company provides travelers with cheaper airplane tickets to take their airplanes. The main reason that company can lower the price of tickets is new management methods which is to find the safety, satisfy the basic need and reduce cost within existing business model. The environment of airplane industry in Taiwan is unfavorable to the development of LCCs. Besides, the government policy and supports aren’t enough because the operation of LCCs in Taiwan is late start. These reasons above lead to the operation of national LCCs is quite difficult. Taking V air for example, V air stopped their operation of one and half year on October 2016. The LCCs of this case study is 100 percent invested by parent company. Their operation is independent from parent company. However, in order to increase profits and change business model form LCCs to mixed airline, this company starts to increase the percentage of revenue of chartered airplane. Under the condition of not shared the passengers of parent company, this company hopes that make use of all resource effectively and raise market shares. This study will discuss the business model of LCCs and advantages and disadvantages of environments of the case company through literature review, industry analysis and other experiences of LCCs.
