ISO 9001:2015 標準之內容與架構與ISO 9001:2008 標準差異性大,藉此
國際標準組織認為有必要出版ISO/TS 9002:2016「品質管理系統-ISO 9001:2015應用之指導綱要」,進行額外的指導,使管理者能快速適應版本的變化。
ISO 於2012 年時提出了「附錄SL」,其中提出了一套全新的高階結構、
通用形式與術語,並且應用在ISO 9001:2015 標準上,希望將各標準間實
施時的衝突及矛盾消除並整合。許多標準也將依照此架構進行改版,為符
合條文中此架構之要求,進行多次修改,此變動幅度與影響程度可說是史
無前例。
有鑑於此,本研究針對ISO 公佈之ISO/TS 9002:2016「品質管理系
統-ISO 9001:2015 標準應用之指導綱要」標準條文內容分析與說明,將
ISO 9001:2015 標準(CNS12680:2016)所規定之相關要求,進行更詳細之
說明並列舉實例,並繪製過程關聯圖、內容架構圖與相關圖表,期盼使用
者能快速地瞭解ISO 9001:2015 標準之重點項目,且快速上手運用得當。
The contents and structure of ISO 9001:2015 are big different from ISO 9001:
2008, therefore International Organization for Standardization considers it necessary
to publish ISO/TS 9002:2016“Quality management systems-Guidelines for the
application of ISO 9001:2015”for additional guidance.It makes managers quickly
adapt to changes in the version.
At 2012, ISO published “Annex SL”, which had a brand new high level structure,
common form and terminology inside.It applied on the ISO 9001:2015 and hoped can
eliminate the conflict, contradiction and integration when operated different standards.
Lots of standards will revise according to Annex SL, and in order to keep up to the
trends, requirements in the clauses also have done lots of modifications. Both of the
range of variation and degree of influence were unprecedented.
In view of this, this study is aimed to discusses and explains ISO/TS 9002:2016
【Quality management systems-Guidelines for the application of ISO 9001:2015】.It
take related requirements of ISO 9001:2015(CNS12681) which provide more
detailed description and examples. Draw associate ed diagram of process, structure of
detail and related graphics help users can quikly understand key point of ISO 9001:
2015 and using properly.
