本研究嘗試探討購併過程中展望理論對訊息解釋的影響,以了解策略性決策中訊息之影響力。以B公司在面對購併的過程中,高階主管對於訊息的理解及被購併的意願為研究主體,採用實驗設計的方式,探討企業內部在策略形成過程中,展望理論對訊息解釋的影響,以了解策略性決策中訊息之影響力。經過前測及實驗操弄之檢定,「訊息內容、訊息結構、訊息質量」在本研究中並無明顯之差異,可能由於本研究所強調者在於展望理論,當未來展望改變時,購併的意願隨著時間的改變而有了明顯的上升,代表各相關利益群體的立場已經有改變。


This study attempts to investigate the influence of the prospect theory on the interpretation of information in the merge process, in order to understand the impact of information in strategic decision making. The main subject of study is the information interpretation and willingness to be merged of executive managers in B Corporation. Experimental design was used to investigate how prospect theory affects interpretation of information in the process of strategy making in corporations, in order to understand the impact of information in strategic decision making. After pre-testing and examination of experimental examination, the content of information ,structure of information and quality of information were not significantly different in this study. It may be due to the reason that this study focuses on the prospect theory. When there are changes in future prospect, the willingness to be merged increas, which means all related benefit clusters have changed their position.
