This study was aimed to investigate the effect between the dynamic capability, competitive advantage and strategic logic, structure design and cultural posture. The top of two thousand manufacturing industries in Common Wealth Magazine were purposively selected as the sample of this study, and select the electronics industry as the main body of the survey. A self-developed questionnaire was used to collect the information for the study. Statistic methods such as SEM model were used to analyze the data.
The results of this study show that the strategy logic of emergent type and the structure of the project-oriented organization has no significant effect on the enterprise development dynamic capability. The learning-oriented culture have a significant positive effect on the dynamic development of the enterprise. In addition, the study also found that dynamic ability for enterprises to establish differences in the advantages positive impact.
