台灣處於「什麼都漲,就是薪水沒有漲」的時代,擁有良好理財素養的人,便會懂得開源節流,創造出其他的收入;然而不懂理財的人,則會遵循自己心中的慾望,買了過多非必要的物品,進而落入月光族或窮忙族的窘境。現代社會的貧富差距擴大,以至於越來越多的學生申請就學貸款,許多的大學生才剛畢業便已經負債累累。因此,擁有足夠的財務管理的技能以及擁有理財相關的知識、認知是非常重要的。
本研究以某科技大學之學生為實證對象,以問卷發放方式進行研究分析,共蒐集196份有效問卷,同時以部份最小平方法(PLS)進行實證分析,結果顯示理財素養與理財行為對個人財務福利有正向顯著的影響,理財素養對理財行為有正向顯著的影響,理財行為在理財素養與個人財務福利間具有部份中介效果。
In Taiwan, those prices are rising, but salaries are not. People with good financial literacy, will know how to cut costs, to create other income. However, people who do not understand financial management, will follow their own desires, bought too many unnecessary items, and then fall into a difficult predicament. The gap between rich and poor is bigger gradually in modern society, there are many students apply for school loans, many college students have just graduated has been heavily indebted. Therefore, it is very important to have sufficient financial management skills and knowledge of financial management.
This study uses the students of university of technology as subjects and collects 196 valid questionnaires. Structural equation modeling of Partial Least Squares (PLS) method is applied in the investigation. Analytical results indicate that Financial literacy and Financial behavior positively affects students’ Personal financial well- being. Financial literacy positively affects Financial behavior. Similarly, Financial behavior has a partial mediating effect between Financial behavior and Personal financial well- being.
