面對工業4.0時代的來臨，企業除了必須變得更智慧外，創新更是企業無法避免的發展方向。而企業軟體該如何快速響應上述需求，則是企業必需面對的挑戰。儘管企業計算近年來發展迅速，然而隨著微服務需求越來越多、可等待的開發時間卻越來越短，傳統企業計算思維似乎逐漸無法面對4.0時代的挑戰。將企業視為硬體，類比計算機作業系統，利用企業作業系統支持企業運營並加速其上的應用開發，是企業計算的創新思維。為了驗證企業作業系統的可行性，本研究以診所為例，發展診所作業系統－Clinic-OS。Clinic-OS在設計上不僅可以滿足診所運行，更能夠支持軟體開發者在Clinic-OS上開發診所創新應用。本研究成果希望可以作為促進發展企業作業系統的案例。

A powerful enterprise software that mature enough to support quick customization and easy integration is important for current enterprises when facing the challenges from Industry 4.0. Despite the rapid development of enterprise computing, it is still very difficult to fulfill what enterprises need. Recently, a new concept called Enterprise Operating System (EOS) is proposed. Analogy to computer operating system, EOS is responsible to manage the resources of an enterprise and to provide the required kernel services. Based on EOS, developers can speed up the creation of new software for enterprise, especially for those innovative requirements. In order to verify the concept of EOS, clinic – a smaller and simpler type of organizations is chosen as target. In this thesis, based on the clinics in Taiwan we propose a new EOS called Clinic-OS. The purpose of this study is to show that the concept of EOS could be a powerful solution for future enterprise challenges.
