臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

本研究以台灣精密機械零組件之工廠現場以及公司內部資訊系統為範圍，探討工廠中各幹部在進行現場管理工作、客戶下訂單以及供應鏈上下游管理實務上所面臨到的問題，以及深入了解工廠現場運作模式和公司內部資訊系統，提供中高階幹部有效解決現場和系統面的問題，並期望結論能提供實務界作為提升基層幹部現場管理能力之參考，也能對培訓現場基層幹部有所助益。根據蒐集中高階幹部之現場管理常見之問題，與文獻探討之理論部分相結合，架構出本研究之現場管理模式，最後以訪談的方式，與受訪公司之高階主管進行深入訪談，並歸納訪談內容後進行探討，進而得到本研究之結論與建議。本研究歸納出之結論包含：從不同的資訊系統進行分析，透過分析的過程中了解公司自身發展現況為何。，並藉由分析的結果得知公司需要改進的的地方為何，進而調整公司運作的模式、進行改善，以朝向工業4.0的要求。

In this study, the internal information system of Taiwan precision machinery factory site and company of the cadres in the factory, in the on-site management, customer orders and supply chain management practice facing the problem, and further understanding of the factory site operation mode and the companys internal information system, provide high in order to solve the problem of the cadres and system faces, and expect the conclusion can provide practitioners as reference to enhance grassroots cadres on-site management ability, can also be helpful to the training site. According to the common problems of grassroots cadres and cadres gathered in the field of high order management, theory and literature on the part of the combination structure of site management mode in this study, the interviews, in-depth interviews with executives of companies surveyed, discussed and summarized the content of the interview, and then get the research conclusions and recommendations conclusions of this study include: summarized. From the analysis of the different information system, through the analysis of the process of understanding the companys own development and why, by analyzing the results of the company needs to improve the why, and then adjust the operation mode, to improve, to facing the requirements of industry 4.0.
