由於3C產品的日新月異,伴隨而來的是所需傳輸的檔案和資料量越來越龐大,以至於發展高速傳輸的技術變的越來越重要,而在訊號的傳輸速度變快的同時所產生的電磁現象便隨之而來,因此訊號的品質以及完整性將面臨很大的考驗。
這次的研究方向主要對高速訊號連接器之頻域以及時域分析,並在有限設備環境中打造一個高速連接器完整散射參數之量測的方法。
在本論文中我們利用CST電磁模擬軟體做高速訊號連接器之訊號的模擬,並分析其結構上TDR(Time Domain Reflectometry) 以及其散射參數之結果,並利用傳輸線設計方法設計與連接器相對應阻抗的測量夾具。於實際量測中,我們將借由mixed-mode數學轉換的方法可將二埠網路分析儀所量測的四埠網路之散射參數結果轉換成平衡式二埠網路之差動散射參數,並利用Matlab數學計算軟體實現基於TRL校正原理將散射參數轉換成ABCD參數做數學運算後,再將其結果做轉換回散射參數後,使得最終結果達到去除測量夾具效應之結果,最後借由GUI介面設計方法將程式設計優化其程式為使用者介面。
In this thesis, we use the electromagnetic simulation software CST to analyze the high-speed connector in time domain and frequency domain. Based on the reference program, using matlab to achieve the conversion and de-embedding function. We operate this program to get analysis result of high-speed connector at higher frequencies. The main theory of analysis includes two parts. One part is the transformation theory of mixed-mode S-parameters, which transform the results of 4-port single-ended S-parameters into 2-port differential S-parameters; under this case we measure 4-port single-ended S-parameters by 2-port network analyzer first. The other part is using the characteristics of the ABCD matrix to calibrate the DUT which contains fixtures effect. Then we can get the characteristics of DUT which without fixtures effect. Finally, we use above mentioned two methods to optimize the programs to be two user interfaces.
