等徑的凸輪機構可以消除不必要的預加負載,從而避免凸輪和從動件之間的速度跳躍。平面運動從動件等徑凸輪機構在紡織機構中應用甚廣。
本文探討對象為同時兼具等徑凸輪及凸輪-連桿組合的機構。本研究以齊次座標轉換做為數學工具,因為要滿足等徑凸輪,因此其揚程與回程運動模式是不一樣的,吾人只能選擇其一的運動模式,另一行程的運動模式與其幾何參數有關,本研究首先組合機構建立座標系,接著利用機構幾何關係及微分幾何原理,推導機構輸入與輸出的回程運動模式,再根據機構輸入與輸出的關係式,推導出凸輪表面方程式及其法向量,並利用瞬時速度中心分析等徑凸輪-連桿組合機構壓力角的變化情形。最後利用SolidWorks軟體模擬及分析機構運動,以驗證所提方法的可行性,整個內容涵蓋了機構設計與分析。


A constant diameter cam mechanism eliminates unnecessary preloads and avoids speed jumps between the cam and the follower. The planar motion follower constant diameter cam mechanism is widely used in textile institutions.
This article explores the mechanism of a combination of constant diameter cam and linkage. In this study, homogeneous coordinate transformation is used as a mathematical tool. Due to the constant diameter cam mechanism, the rise and return motion programs are different. We can only choose one of the motion programs, the other motion program is based on its geometric parameters. This study firstly establishes the coordinate system in this mechanism, and then uses the mechanism geometric relationship and using differential geometry principle to derive the return motion program, and then derives the cam surface equation and its normal vector according to the relationship between the input and output of the mechanism. And use the instantaneous velocity center to analyze the pressure angle of the mechanism, the validity of the proposed design methodology is verified by means of motion simulations performed using CAD software. The results confirm that the designed mechanism meets the design requirements.
