人們容易在一時衝動之下做出後悔莫及的事情,而衝動的主因就是激 烈的情緒波動。我抱著尋找有效控制情緒的方法的心態,選擇了情緒調節 這個方向。分心(分散注意力)是有效調節負向情緒的手段之一,它指個 體把注意力從情緒情境中移開。本研究的目的是探討不同強度的認知負荷 任務分心對於不同程度的負向情緒調節效果是否有差異,以及分心策略對 於不同強度的情緒刺激是否有同樣的效果。實驗一比較分心任務對於不同 程度的負向情緒的調節效應是否不同,結果發現分心任務對於較強的負向 情緒有較佳的調節效果。實驗二中,實驗參與者通過計算不同難的數學題 來達到不同強度認知負荷的效果,並比較不同程度的負向情緒的調節效果, 不同強度的認知負荷任務都對負向情緒有調節效果。實驗三,驗證認高知 負荷任務對於負向情緒是否有真調節效果,加入了沒有分心的對照組,發 現時間對情緒平復有影響,認知負荷任務對於情緒調節有真調節效果。研 究證明分心對於所有負向情緒都有調節效果,對於強負向情緒刺激的調節 效果要好于弱負向情緒,高認知負荷任務對於強負向情緒刺激有真調節效 果。時間對於情緒有一定影響。
It is easy for people to regret things when they are impulsive. The main cause of impulsiveness is intense emotional fluctuations. I hope to find an effective way to control emotions and choose the direction of emotion regulation. Distraction is one of the means to effectively regulate negative emotions. It refers to the individual's removal of attention from the emotional situation. The purpose of this study was to investigate whether differences in cognitive load task distractions have different effects on negative emotional regulation, and whether distraction strategies have the same effect on different intensity emotional stimuli. In Experiment 1, whether the distraction task was different for different levels of negative emotions, it was found that the distraction task had a better adjustment effect for stronger negative emotions. In experiment 2, the experimental participants achieved different intensity cognitive loads by calculating different difficult math questions, and compared the effects of different degrees of negative emotion regulation, and no experimental results were obtained. Cognitive load tasks of different intensities have a regulating effect on negative emotions. Experiment 3, to verify whether the high cognitive load task has a true adjustment effect on negative emotions, and added a control group without distraction, and found that time has an effect on emotional calming, and cognitive load task has a true adjustment effect on emotional regulation. Studies have shown that distractions have a moderating effect on all negative emotions, a strong negative-sense-stimulus adjustment effect is better than a weak-negative emotion, and high cognitive load tasks have a true adjustment effect on strong negative-sense stimulation. Time has a certain influence on the effect of emotion regulation.
