摘要
隨著科技的浪潮一波波地襲來，無論各方面而言，人類的生活方式都正逐一地被顛覆，同樣的，商業領域也無法置身事外。自全球金融危機以來，替代金融在美國、歐洲和亞洲蓬勃發展。有別於傳統金融體系，這些新興的融資渠道也擁有許多不同的發展模式。從基於股權的眾籌到市場消費者和商業貸款，從票據交易到獎勵眾籌，這些替代性融資活動為中小企業提供信用貸款、提供更多元且透明的方式讓消費者投資或融資、鼓勵創新、以及資助有潛力的社會事業。
本文點明全球替代金融市場概況後，分析替代金融市場的優與劣，以此對替代金融市場有更深地認識。再者，從六個全球市場上具有領先地位的融資平台經驗中，看見平台在不同環境下的多元發展，了解替代金融市場擁有的多樣化與潛力。最終聚焦臺灣，在現有的體系制度中建議平台業者應在現有的平台經驗中因地制宜，開拓適合臺灣之發展模式。
