臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

本研究目的在改編成人心理健康量表 (AMHS,李美遠，2010)為心理健康快篩檢表（Rapid Mental Health Screening Scale,RMHSS），提供予第一線自殺防治工作人員在緊急狀況下能快速區辨個案的自殺行為風險程度，以立即提供所需之援助。
本研究之研究結果發現：1. 本研究心理健康快篩檢表中題數共有15 題，統計結果得到 Cronbach’s α係數為 .883 （n=30）。2.以ROC 曲線圖分析：一般組（n=219）呈現的為ROC的曲線下面積（AUC）為 .189，沒有良好的鑑別力；自殺通報組（n=213）呈現的為ROC的曲線下面積（AUC）為 .790，具有良好的鑑別力；情感性精神疾患組（n=189）呈現的為ROC的曲線下面積（AUC）為 .526，尚可接受的鑑別力。
研究結果可提供第一線實務工作者能立即評估個案自殺行為之風險程度，於處理個案狀況時可更精準理解個案心理健康狀況。

The purpose of this study was to adapt the mental health scale of adults (AMHS, Li Miyuan, 2010) to a Rapid mental Heath screening SCALE (RMHSS) for providing immediate assistances to the front-line suicide prevention staff who are able to quickly identify cases of suicide risk in emergency situations.
The results of this research showed as follows: 1. cronbach’s α Coefficient was .883 (n=30) from the 15 items of AMHS. 2. ROC curve nalysis: The AUC of “General Group (n=219)” was .189 with low discrimination; The AUC of “Suicide Reporting Group (n=213)” was .790 with good discrimination; The AUC of “Affective Psychosis Patient Group (n=189)” was .526 with acceptable identification discrimination.
The results of study can help the suicide-provention counselors on the scene of understanding mental health precisely through immediately evaluating the suicide befavior risk levels while dealing with cases.
