本研究透過電子科技及醫療整合，發展一套涵蓋健康及生病階段的健康照護裝置，使患者得以經由本研究裝置獲得立即性的妥善照護。本裝置中擁有疼痛預警及療程照護機制，其中療程照護包含健康狀況追蹤、藥事狀況追蹤、遺傳疾病追蹤、療效回報、緊急通報等。系統主要包含五部分：一、健康照護袋：此裝置為本研究主軸，主要由患者攜帶，能夠紀錄患者各類亞健康狀態、支援患者生病時的藥事過程、身體不適時的緊急通報機制及醫聯網整合照護就醫等功能。二、醫院主機：此為模擬醫師在醫院內的個人電腦系統，能指定健康照護袋進行處方箋開立、藥事狀況查詢及接收身體狀況通報。三、醫院伺服器：此為模擬醫院伺服器功能，記錄與存取患者健康照護袋資訊、藥品資料紀錄及處方箋資料保存與暫存。四、藥局主機：此為模擬藥師於院內與院外藥局的電腦系統，能以QR Code讀取處方單並於系統內陳列健康照護袋包藥編號及通知健康照護袋領藥通知。五、家庭主機：此為模擬用戶家庭電腦，紀錄家族健康照護袋各項健康資訊及家族遺傳疾病判斷。

Through the integration of electronic technology and healthcare, this study developed a set of health care devices covering both health and illness stages, which enabled patients to receive prompt and proper care through this research device. The device has a pain warning and treatment care mechanism, including the care process, health tracking, medical conditions tracking, tracking of genetic diseases, the efficacy of return, emergency notification. The system consists of five parts: (1)Health Care Bag: The device is the main shaft of this study. It is mainly carried by patients and can record all kinds of sub-health status of patients, support medical procedures when patients are sick, and emergency notification mechanism when the body is ill. The Internet of medical integration care and other functions. (2)The host of the hospital: This is a simulated physician in the hospital's personal computer system, designated health care bags prescriptions opened, medical conditions inquiries and receive notification of the status of the body. (3)The hospital server: This is a simulation of the hospital server function, record and access to patients with health care bag information, records and prescription drugs prescription data retention and temporary storage. (4)The pharmacy host: This is a simulated pharmacist at the hospital and hospital drugstore computer system, to be able to QR code to read prescriptions and health care system in the bag number and notify the health care bag collar notification. (5)The home server: This is to simulate the user's home computer, record family health care bags of various health information and family genetic disease judgments.
